Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I am trying to print envelopes on an HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 through Stamps.com. We have it set up so that our company's logo appears to the left of the return address. When I hit preview, the logo shows up fine, but when I print it only the right half of the logo shows up. I have tried adjusting the margins but it has not worked. The only way for the logo to come out is by shrinking the scale to 80, thus moving the logo away from the margin. Is there any way I can get the logo to come out on the printed envelope?

 

Everything else is printing fine. I just can't seem to get the left-hand part of the logo to print. It shows up fine on both the Stamps.com preview and the Windows preview.

 

If it helps, I am using Windows 10 Home, version 21H1
