Printer won’t print

my HP 3636 won’t print the top far right light is blinking red right above the paper feed. I keep hitting it and it will not feed paper

To resolve any ink cartridge-related issues, follow the steps from - Ink cartridge errors

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective one.
