Printer won't work cause says I have a Media Jam - not paper. Can't find where to unjam it

Says I have a Media Jam, and yet can't find how to unjam it to return printer to working order.

NO,,,, not a paper jam... it says 'media jam' and I have tried everything to clear the buffer.
