Product: HP ENVY Pro 6430 All-in-One Printer

I successfully printed a couple of documents from Publisher around ten days ago but shortly afterwards an issue developed where the print job is sent, acknowledged and then almost immediately updated with 'print job cancelled' message.

Test print and printing from other programs is not an issue,
