I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with a series of issues I've encountered while setting up my HP printer. I believe a more detailed explanation of my situation will help in troubleshooting and resolving these problems.
Restart Required: Initially, I encountered a situation where my HP printer required a restart. I followed the recommended procedure and restarted the printer.
New Ink Purchase: In an effort to complete the setup, I purchased new ink cartridges as the printer prompted. Unfortunately, upon attempting to install these cartridges, I discovered that the initial cartridges required for the setup process were either damaged or completely devoid of ink.
Printhead Alignment Problem: Furthermore, I attempted to align the printhead as instructed, but the process halted at the point of printing the alignment page. This was due to the fact that the old cartridges, which had dried up, could not produce any ink.
Printhead Error (Code 62.80.13): Lastly, I am encountering an error message which reads "Problem with the printhead - Code 62.80.13". This error prevents me from proceeding with any printing or setup tasks.
Given these issues, I am in need of urgent assistance to resolve the problems with my HP printer. It seems that the combination of initial cartridge issues and the printhead error code are preventing me from completing the setup and using the printer as intended.
