Hi @Madone52SL,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "0xc19a0003" on an HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer typically indicates an issue with the printer's printhead. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this problem.

  • Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer, and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
  • Check the printhead and cartridges: Open the printer's front access panel and ensure that the printhead and cartridges are properly installed. Remove them if necessary and reinsert them securely.
  • Clean the printhead: If the printhead is clogged, it can cause printing issues. Access the printer's settings menu and look for the option to clean the printhead. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the cleaning process.
  • Reset the printer: Sometimes, resetting the printer can help resolve errors. Locate the "Reset" or "Restore Factory Defaults" option in the printer's settings menu and select it. Confirm the action and wait for the printer to reset.
  • Update printer firmware: Visit the official HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If updates are available, download and install them following the provided instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
