Getting Printhead Problem message. I checked warranty, says it is active but when I click on contact HP support, I get the following:  "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website".

It will absolutely not let me access a form to fill out for customer support nor give me any additional info on how to resolve this. Any suggestions?

Step 4 does not give me phone number and case number. Only option is chat or twitter. Waiting to chat now. Did get indication that warranty was till December 29, 2016.

 

Edit: Chat has ordered a replacement with a order number so I think we can close this out.

The link was no help. Seems like my warranty was extended to December of 2016 with no way to use it to get the printer replaced as there is no way to contact customer support.

Step 1. Open link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect 
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options" 
Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number 
Case number and phone number appear.
