Do I need to replace the printer if I have the Printhead Problem error, or can I just replace the Printhead?

I have the same issue! I have no error messages ever, my ink levels are great, but the black ink will not print. I went through every trouble-shooting task imaginable and nothing worked. I cleaned the inks heads and had the printer go through 2 cleanings. The cartridges appear great and are new, so what's the issue here? It's a very clean-dust free printer.
