Hello to everyone.
Recently I had a HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer. It was fine in the begining. After a while "printhead error 0xc19a0003" came on screen. I tried all the possible solutions.
Unplug and wait the plug,
Auto clean the printhead,
Manually clean the printer head,
Reset the printer,
Reload the driver and setup printer again,
Bought new ink set,
At the end I bought a brand new printhead.
Nothing solve the problem.
I don't know what to the next.
Any suggestions except dumping to trash?
I was thinking that the HP brand will last long but that wasn't the fact.
If any idea to give please let me know.
Thanks.

Hi @ilkeratilgan,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I"ll need a few more details:
Have you recently made any changes on the printer before the issue started?
Did you try to clean the cartridge contacts as well as the rollers?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove USB cable, if present.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
If your printer connected wirelessly, make sure to temporary connect the device with USB and then follow the link to install the latest firmware update from our HP support website, using this link
If the issue still persists, I would suggest you follow all the steps suggested in the support document
If nothing works, I would suggest contact phone support.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
