I own a HP Officejet Pro 8020 series ( 8025).

I have an error code: 62.80.40. I see a message Printhead problem. All the cartridges are new and full. I cleaned the travel tray for the Printhead to traverse back and forth. NO TRAVEL ISSUES. I noted some ink on the far right side of the printer inside. What created the spillage of ink only in that right side on top of the belt below. Cleaned with warm water and black soap. Nice clean and dry now. Still NO PRINT after recalibration reboot attempts. Unplug hot and wait performed with no effect. Same code PRINTHEAD. Not the Printhead like the 8035 that has a very easy latch to disengage the Printhead with cartridges installed. Rest of this printer features are fine. Can’t FAX now at all out or in. Help😵💫
