The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. Oxc19a0013

None if this is the case.

Have tried all the suggested troubleshooting options. 
Could the issue be incompatible/ out of date ink cartridges? 

How am I supposed to get new cartridges through insta ink when the cartridges are still not reading low?
