Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I inherited a printer that does not have a print head.  The previous owner sent in their old printer for replacement without removing the printhead first, so the replacement that HP sent does not have one.  The model of the new printer is HP OfficeJet Pro 9015, and when I search for that in the parts store it says they don't have that in their database.  How can I purchase a printhead compatible with that model?  I can't find any way to contact HP or submit a ticket directly to them.  Please help.

The ordering part number for printhead is 3JB15A you can find more details and prices on google.
