Printer has been sitting idle for awhile. Attempting to use it again. Error message scroll states that printhead may be damaged. I cannot get the printhead and print cartridges to move to the center of the printer so that I can remove the printhead to clean it. There is no paper jam or other damage to the printer. Just need help at this moment getting the printhead to move to the center of the printer from the right corner.
