HP Recommended

Hi.  I have an HP Photosmart 7525 printer.  I'm getting the following error message:  "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed"

 

I've looked online and I've tried the things suggested.  I've cleaned the printhead (several times), I've reseated it (several times), I installed firmware, turned the machine on and off (several times) to reset it, and am still getting the error message.  What should I do next?

Replace the printehad.
