Product: OfficeJet Pro 6830

I am getting the "there is a problem with the printhead" message on my Officejet Pro 6830. Online advice is to first go to Printer Maintenence/Clean Printhead, but the Clean Printhead function will not activate. Is there a solution?

HP Recommended

On the OJ 6830 once you get an printhead error getting it back to work is close to mission impossible. It's very likely time for a new printer.
