Hi I have the print head message come up saying " Lift the latch, re-seat the printhead and then lower the latch" I have done this countless times and even replaced the printhead with a new one and still getting the same message. I've followed all the technical help online and still getting no further can someone please help me

I have the same issue out of nowhere. On my Photosmart c-309g-m

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

I'm afraid the issue is with the printer as you have already replaced the printhead. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
