Product: HP office jet 6968

My blue printhead is not working. I have run all the tests, cleaned the print headed via the printer option and manually, the ink vent is not clogged, and my printer is no longer under warranty. Any suggestions or is there somewhere where I can get it serviced? The printer is less than 3 years old.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
