Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Let's try to reset the Printer here as it helps in removing any stored static electricity from the Printer which might be causing these issues.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If you insert the old ink back, do you still get the error message?
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-6700-premium-e-all-in-one-printer-series-h711/4322...
Let me know if this helps.

I have an officejet pro L7680 , my print heads were old and streaking and or printing so light the words were barely legible, i broke down and got brand new hheads and brand new carts, everything worked fanntastic with zero problems for 3 days, then in between one perfect print out an dteh second sheet the printer stopped and I got this error Printhead(s) Promblem, the following printhead(s) has a problem Black yellow[KY] , magenta Cyan [M/C] ... the yellow exclaimation poit flashes constantly, no printing can work, no movment in the wa of printing is happening.
I have tried every single step that is described over and over inncluding cleanning the heads, cleaning all the contacts , unplugging in the corect order , downloading new software from theite and so on. it appars to be stuck on the screen, comes back within seconds after restart.
i didnt really have the money to buy all these components to get this done, i used my medical funds to do it becuase I have to have this printer running to print all these papers for my fathers estate and makke copies for all these legal papers and whhat little income I have with online sales to print my lables. this is not fair. these ink carts and printer heads worked flawlessly for 3 days - i do not have my old heads anylonger, they were all gross and broke and are thrown away, i had no rewason to keep those messy things since I bought the right stuff and it was perfect. thiis error popped up and i KNOW there is nothing wrong with these carts and heads!
