Product: HP7612
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The window on my 7612 printer tells me the printhead is missing or cannot be detected. I've watched the YouTube video for removal and cleaning but none of my screwdrivers, Robertson, Philips or straight, seems to fit. Naturally I don't want to ruin the screw heads and wondered if anyone can please advise?

Those are Torx screws size 8, just google search Torx T8
