I have 2 HP printers. Office jet 8610 and 8620
both are from 2016. Both have the same error regarding the print head. I tried all the possible attempts to fix the problem, none of them worked.
What is going on HP?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
