Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I’ve been trying to print a 5x7 cardstock but every time I print it doesn’t come out good. I make sure to set both the printer and computer to size 5x7 borderless cardstock. However it print only about half of the page. When I print on 5x7 photo paper it comes out perfectly fine. This printer is supposed to be able to handle cardstock. Please help me be able to print correctly on a 5x7  cardstock.

Max weight is 200 g/m² for card.

I’m using 80lb cardstock which should be supported. The printer can handle up to 110 lb

Is the 9015 firmware up to date, latest is 001.2010B?

What setting did you use for the Paper Type?

I used 5x7 on both printer and microsoft word

Not the size but the paper type, ie. Plain Paper, Thick

I tried all but nothing worked. This is the paper quality: Smooth surface, 98 brightness, 220gsm / 80lb cover
