Yes, the HP ENVY Photo 7100 All-in-One Printer series  supports printing envelopes.

Paper size is supported as a Custom Paper Size

A7  = 7.25 inches wide X 5.25 inches in height

The next limitation --
Does Windows support creating Custom Paper sizes?
Maybe -- the printer is old -- I have not run across the information that tells us one way or the other.
 
If your older Printer AND Windows (together)  support Custom Paper Sizes,
then 
Create the Custom Paper Size form.

Tab Paper / Quality > Custom setting box

After setting / creating your Custom Form in Printing Preferences,

Save the setup and Exit Printing Preferences.

(Re)Open Printing Preferences and check the paper list for your new custom paper size form.
