HP3833
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello. I just bought an HP 3833 all in one. I am using Windows 7 (yes it's old, I know) and I am trying to print using Avery #5371 business cards. They are 2" x 3.5", 10 per sheet. When I try to print from Word or anything, it says the paper in the printer doesn't match. I talked to support and they said the printer doesn't support that paper. I couldn't believe that. I had a Canon ip4300 for many years and it did it no problem. Is there a way to do this? Can I create a custom template? It is crazy because it's just business cards on an 8.5 x 11 sheet. Otherwise this thing is going back. Any help appreciated.
