Hi 

 

The issue i want to raise is I have to print multiple documents for various purpose but when I command for the print it shows an error, even though I have installed hp drivers and checked laptop ports to ensure they are not faulty but they are fine. 
This is very serious issue for me please support team let me know the exact issue

Printer I'm is HP laser jet 1020
WIndow 8.1 64bit
