HP Recommended

Each time I try to print a file from Canva, my HP ENVY Inspire 7200 Series (F73803) won't print in correct color. It almost looks as if the ink is out with how it prints the file. If I print from anything else (ex: Microsoft word, excel, articles), It prints with normal ink and completely fine. I'm not sure why it won't print the Canva files. Can someone help me please! I don't want to return the printer!
