I have the Envy 4507 printer and want to print a panoramic image. I've followed the tutorial (on this link http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03890386) to set-up a custom paper size (I'm using 21.7cm x 48 cm as a trial).
The custom size has saved within the 'printer server properties' box. However, when I then go to print, I can't find this in the 'printer preferences'.
Any idea on what I can do to resolve this? Or is it that my printer isn't compatible with custom paper sizes?

Hi,
Your printer support a custom media size of a specific range, not any size is supported.
Any unsupported size will not appear by the driver, therefore you cannot see it
The following ranges (Converted to centimeters) are supported by the printer for a custom paper size:
0.76 to 21.6 cm (3.5 to 8.5 in) wide and 12.7 to 35.6 cm(5.0 to 14.0 in) long
You may find the 'Paper-handling specifications > Supported custom sizes' below:
