Still having this issue; see previous post.
Printing from Firefox does not work any better than Safari or Chrome. Nor does it work any better on a PC running Windows 10.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are unable to print from Firefox. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
  • Are you able to print from other browsers? 

In your previous posts, you have mentioned that Word or Pages document prints fine. This means the printer hardware is fine.

So, if I understand correctly, the printer is perfectly fine; it just needs a software update but you’re not updating this model anymore. In this world of climate crisis, business models like this lead to extreme waste and that’s why we find ourselves in this situation today. This device still works, but now it will rot in a landfill. It’s too big for me to use as a paperweight. A progressive company would start thinking about this issue. 

Anyway, my grudging (and equally climate-killing solution) to this issue was to buy an Epson printer.
