Hi, 

I’ve only had the printer since September but it’s stopped working, no error messages but the pages are printing black ? 
There is still plenty of toner. What do I do?

@FLR_6, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you trying to print or make copies?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Fixing Poor Print Quality
