As many others have complained about the same problem, my deskjet is printing blank pages no matter what laptop (Mac or Windows) it’s hooked up to. I even bought new ink cartridges thinking they were defective.
The printer used to work fine. Now it isn’t.
Why isn’t any HP representative listing the steps publicly to correct the issue? Everyone else seems to be throwing their printers away due to HP’s lack of expertise. I don’t want to do that. Help.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
