As many others have complained about the same problem, my deskjet is printing blank pages no matter what laptop (Mac or Windows) it’s hooked up to. I even bought new ink cartridges thinking they were defective. The printer used to work fine. Now it isn’t.
Why isn’t any HP representative listing the steps publicly to correct the issue? Everyone else seems to be throwing their printers away due to HP’s lack of expertise. I don’t want to do that. Help.
