Product: Envy 4520 all-in-one

When printing, my printer only prints a blank sheet of paper. Nothing is on it. The printer goes thru the motions like it is printing but nothing shows. Check my ink levels and they're fine. Not sure what to do. Printer is only a little over a year old and has been used maybe 3 to 4 times. This is the 2nd printer I bought from this brand that has a printing issue.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Do you face the same issues while making Photocopies?

 

Print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if that prints

 

  • Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  • On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  • Touch Tools.

  • Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
