Trying to print an envelope.  I modified the setting to envelope on printer.  Every time I try to print from either word or stamps.com, I get a message saying the paper size selected by printer does not match the paper size selected (8/1/2 x 11) for the print job, even though I selected "envelope".

this is a program issue not a printer issue. From your description, the print job is being formatted as 8.5 x11. The printer will only try to print what it is asked for. Make sure that when you set the printer properties when going to print that you have selected envelope #10 (or other appropriate size) and not letter.

It is possible that your driver is either corrupted or the wrong driver is being used, in which case you may need to uninstall and reinstall your driver, ensuring that you have an HP driver installed and not a Microsoft driver.
