I see you are experiencing printing issues with the HP Photo Smart printer.
I have a few recommendations
- There are numerous possible causes for a printer that's randomly producing blanks. The most common ones are empty ink cartridges, improper cartridge installation, and congested nozzles. Driver and software issues can sometimes cause this problem as well.
- Click on this link for HP Printer set up https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1716406-1413451-16
Uninstall and reinstall the App. If the issue persists, reset the network settings on the phone:
- From the Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.
- Tap Reset network settings.
- Tap Reset Settings.
- If applicable, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint or pattern then tap Reset Settings again to confirm.
