Printing half of the envelope

I was able to print custom size envelopes, but not anymore. I am not sure what changed. Previously when I would load the envelopes, I would have to select the paper size on the printer. I would select custom. And the envelopes would print. Now I do not get that message on the printer. And even though I set everything up on my computer to print custom print, only half of the envelope will print. Thoughts?
