After checking ink levels and performing all checks and aligning cartridges.. Printer still not printing in all colours, the main colour being Purple. Can anyone help please

Going through your post, I see that you are getting a print quality issue with your Deskjet printer. Do not worry, I’m here to help 🙂
To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.
Place a color document face down on the scanner glass and press the color copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
If the copy also comes out bad, then try the steps listed here to try and fix the issue: http://hp.care/2pBuhYl
If the issue persists, then try to change the color cartridge and check.

I just replaced my color ink cartridge. I copied a color photo, the same photo I printed from a print program, the copied photo came out perfect, but the printed photo has purple mostly in the hair of the person in the photo. How do I fix this?
