Product: OfficeJet 3830

This is a new printer. It is wireless. I can print in color from my tablet, but not from my laptop. I cannot find a color/black and what setting. What am I missing?

Found a similar post. Simply deleted the driver, then downloaded  and installed the printers's driver. All worked properly. Thanks anyway.

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Did you make any changes to the printer or the computer recently?
