I can print one envelope from a Word mailmerge document, but there are 172 to print. The manual says up to ten envelopes can be loaded in the main tray (labeled 2 on the printer). The tray is set to #10 envelopes, ten are loaded in the tray. When I try to print two envelopes as a test, the job shows up in the queue on the computer as deleted instead of printed and nothing prints. The control panel on the printer does not have a message on it.

Are you setting the paper size and type settings on the control panel of the printer to envelope and #10? Failure to set page size type properly can cause the driver to simply dump incompatible print jobs. It should prompt but sometimes I have found it does not.
