I am trying to print from Word a doc with 8 x 10 paper.  When I go to printer properties and select 8 x 10, it does not stick.  See the below.  After making the selection and clicking OK, I go back to the same page the paper size is letter.  The Word dialog says to use 8 x 10, but when I go to printer properties I can't make the 8 x 10 value stick, and the print output is screwed up.

From your image, I think you are trying to print Photo on HP Photo Papers from Word. My question: why you have to use Word to print photo ?

Regards.

I have tried to create a new short cut in the printer prefernces, but even though I click save, the short cut is not saved.  Any ideas as to what is going on?
