Hello, 

I have recently purchased a HP Envy 6020e printer and for some reason even with following similar posts on this community page about printing on A5 paper I cannot. I have followed all steps on here including changing the size manually and loading paper correctly, I have checked it all but when I go to print via IPhone it only gives me A4 or letter option to print. I am becoming a little frustrated as I’ve tried for quite a few hours and needless to say the HO Smart App isn’t very smart at all! I can’t even customise sizing!

I see that you are facing paper issues.

 

Request you to refer to the steps on this link- of User Guide at Page 22 and let me know if that fixes the issue.
