Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I’m trying to print on an A7 envelope using HP Deskjet 5740.  The printer tells me it detects the envelope is not the correct size.  It is set to A7 on my word document and in the printer properties on my computer   I’ve updated my driver. Help!

  • Were you able to print on A7 envelopes before?

Below are the supported Paper Sizes by the HP Deskjet 5740 printer. Click here for the complete specifications.

 

As per the specifications, the printer does not support A7 envelopes.
