I want to see if I can use card stock to print on my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 without it jamming

Depends on the size and weight of the card. You can go to the paper handling section of this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/docume..., to see what is compatible with your Printer.
