How can I print on magnetic paper?  My printer keeps jamming and not pulling

the magnetic sheets through.  Is there a setting somewhere that I can utilize?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

 

I understand you are looking to print on magnetic paper with your Envy 5660.

 

Without knowing the specific size and weight of the paper, it's difficult to determine if the printer would print on it appropriately. The printer specifications do not state that it supports magnetic paper, and therefor may damage the printer hardware. If you could find out the brand of paper, I can check to see if the paper is meant for inkjet printer use.

Take your file into Office Depot, maybe they can.  Since it's jamming, I would quit trying.

I have a 3630 series which used to print onto magnetic paper but it won't do it now, just jams all the time, very frustrating. Any help or advice on how to get it printing on this medium again would be greatly appreciated. thanks all
