HP Envy Photo 6200 series
I understand this model prints on cardstock but although I can make it print the greeting card on paper, when I try to print the same on card I only get the last two inches of the design. I've searched settings and I can't find anything that states card on the printer settings. Can anyone help please?

That printer model can't print on cardstock it's too heavy for the printer to handle.

Not according to the product specification

But thank you for answering!

There is no cardstock in the product specification because that printer model doesn't support printing on cardstock.

Do you see cardstock listed as supported media:

It can print on 250 gsm photo paper but no cardstock. Photo paper and cardstock are way to different. Cardstock is not supported, max for plain paper is 90gsm.

You will hardly  print on cardstock on a printer that doesn't support cardstock.
