Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 and it is not printing on matte cardstock letter size 61lb.
Last week it printed fine on a 110lb matte cardstock and now it is not working. The printer makes loud noises and prints only part of the page, leaving ink marks on the other side.

Clean all the printer rollers with a damp cloth. That solved the issue for me.
Rollers are located:
- In the back (large removable rolls).
- In the back, small plastic rolls (mine were dirty).
- In the front (there is back access too, easier if cleaned from both sides)
