I just bought this printer and set it up this morning. I bought it to print stickers. I use the cricut design space to design it and the printable sticker paper. I have changed the paper type to plain thick, specialty, and photo paper. Each time it either doesn’t accept the paper or it only prints half of the design. It also prints streaks on the whole paper or if it rejects the paper so that waste expensive sticker paper as well. I need to know the proper way to print this paper.

Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.
I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to print on sticker paper.
I’d love to help!
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- What is the sticker size and thickness?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Meanwhile, I checked the specifications of your printer and see that it supports Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb). If the sticker you are using is thicker than 200 g/m2 you will have issues printing.
For your printer specifications please refer to the below link.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If the solution provided helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles. Your feedback counts!
Take care.
Cheers!
