Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

my printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 7730, does not print files (word, PPT, etc.) sent from my PC properly, while copies are perfect.

I have unsuccessfully checked ink cartridges, downloaded new print drivers from HP website, asked support through Whatsapp, but test pages and all printings from my PC remain pale, text lines are partial and most of the time blank.

Anyone can help ? Thanks
