Trying to print three different .pdf from sent from a governmental administration. One of the files gives the above error and does not print, the same file prints to the same printer without any issue from a Windows 10 PC. I have the firmware 20220111 installed on the printer. MacOS is Monterey version 12.3.1. I have tried to reset the printing system, suggested years back in other support threads for the same issue and mac computers, and added the printer again. But no change.
I print using AirPrint. I have no surge protectors. Wifi channel is not congested and has excellent coverage. The printer has fixed IP address... I even bought the printer from Apple in hope of having better compatibility.
The printer prints well 98% of the time, but cases like this one is irritating. I would like it to print equally well from MacOS as from Windows.
Happy if anyone knows what the root cause is and of possible solutions.
