Printing photos on 8.5”x11” copy paper

I want to be able to print photos from my iPhone and iPad onto regular 8.5”x11” copy paper but the printer defaults to the smaller photo paper and tells me to load paper. I cannot find a way to change paper size. I do not have a new photo cartridge in the printer; just the old one the was included. I am not looking for “photo quality “.

Please use HP Smart app to print and use the following steps

(a) Open HP Smart app,

(b) Touch photo icon (the 4th icon from left),

(c) Select photo you wish to print,

(d) Touch Print,

(e) Select paper size,

(f) Touch More Options

(g) Select paper type (try Pain paper),

(h) Now return to previous Menu and touch printer icon (top right) to Print

You can use Apple Store to instal HP Smart app on your iPhone and iPad
