You can only use the top tray of my 9025 printer for card stock or photo paper. There is no paper keeper at the end of the paper like there is on the sides; therefore the paper moves during printing and messes up the final product. The bottom tray has three paper keepers. Every other HP printer that I have owned has had the paper keepers on three sides of the paper except this one. This is my 10 th HP printer that I have owned. I do not seem to be able to talk to anyone in the United states about my problem, only their overseas answering service. The printer is still in warranty. I am very frustrated as they have already shipped me two replacement trays but both of them were the bottom tray, not the top tray. They promised to send the top tray last week, over night, but it was due two days ago and never showed up.
