Hi,

Thank you for contacting HP.

Looks like the printer software is not installed correctly. I would like to understand how you are connecting the printer, is it via a USB cable or on the network (Wired or Wireless).

Please download the drivers from the link below and install.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m125-series/5396664/m...

You need to select the correct connection type and if the connection is a USB or Wired LAN, connect the cable between the printer and the PC when prompted.

For further assistance please reply to the post.

Before sending you the problem i'am having, i allready downloaded the update and installed it

and i was having the same message.I also tried and installed the KB4567523 update of microsoft,
because of the big issue microsoft was having with her latest update, that printer spooler was stoping
when you tried to print.

Hi,

I would suggest you to install any pending MS Update, because if MS detects any such issues caused in the OS, or to any other application due to an update, then they release update to fix that.

I can also suggest you to stop and start the Print Spooler.

On the keypad, press the Windows Logo and the "R" key to see the Run window.

Type in services.msc and hit enter.

The Services window opens.

Look to Print Spooler.

Right click on print spooler and clik on stop.

Then again right click and click on Start.

If the Start and stop are grade out then Click on Properties > Select the Start Up type as "Manual", Apply and then stop and start the print spooler.

You may also Run the print spooler fixit from the below link.

https://www.techsupportall.com/print-spooler-is-not-running/

Check the results of printing.

Also the message with low memory is wrong because my system has 16GB of RAM.
