Printing problem

I have a ink tank wireless 419 printer since few days when printing color pages i am getting only pink colour in pages but black n white print is coming good i have a doubt regarding printhead but printer is showing no error regarding printhead.is there a specific life span for a printhead.my printer is 2 yrs old

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Clean the printheads

  1. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software applications, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  2. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

  3. Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Ink Cartridges.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

  4. Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.

    • If the print quality is acceptable, click Done. You can stop troubleshooting.

    • If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second-level Clean when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.

I have already done the mentioned solution numerable times still the pink colour is only coming.i have tried cleaning printheads manually also but still the same issue.Do printheads come with a lifespan if so why do my printer doesn't printhead error

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
